I sold my watch through Bob’s Watches, it was way easier than I thought it would be. I was a little nervous at first and kind of expected the whole thing to be a hassle, but the quote form was simple and they got back to me quickly whenever I had questions.
The shipping instructions were clear, and once they received the watch, the payment came through without any drama. I still feel like maybe I could’ve gotten a little more if I waited or tried selling it myself, but at the same time, I really liked how smooth and stress-free it was. I’d probably use them again

"Helpful staff who really knew their watches"
I had a good experience with Bob’s Watches. I’ve always been a bit particular about watches because my dad got me into them years ago, so I had a few questions about the condition and the year of the piece I was looking at. The staff answered everything clearly and didn’t make me feel pressured at all, which I appreciated. I did have to wait a little while for a reply, so that’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, but overall it was a solid experience.

"Helpful even after the sale"
I had a small issue after my watch showed up, mostly a question about the papers, so I emailed support. They got back to me the next day and, yeah, it wasn’t instant or anything, but they were nice and helped me get it sorted out. that’s kind of what I care about most after buying something like this. I’d use Bob’s Watches again.

I sold my watch and got paid faster than I thought I would. There was a bit of paperwork upfront, which felt like it dragged only because my timing was terrible and I was trying to handle it during a busy week. Once that was out of the way, the payment went through really smoothly.

I had a easy time using bobswatches.com. The search and filters were helpful, I could narrow things down without having to click around forever, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the checkout felt a bit slow for me. Also, a few details could’ve been easier to find. But overall... good experience, and the site was simple enough to use...

I ordered a watch from Bob’s Watches and it showed up quicker than I thought it would. The tracking updated normally and everything arrived ahead of schedule. The only thing I noticed was a small dent in the box, but luckily the watch itself was totally fine. Has anyone else had that happen with the packaging?

I had a good experience with Bob’s Watches, mainly because the pricing felt really clear to me. The listed price was easy to follow, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling that some extra surprise was going to pop up at checkout. He checked it out and everything was legit, serials matched, and the condition was just like they showed online. I felt way, way better knowing it was authentic. Overall, really solid experience and I’d definitely use them again.
